Rita Thompson, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), helps older adults navigate aging, transition, health changes, and personal fulfillment through thoughtful, research-backed integrative coaching.

Rita’s work has depth, credibility, and a distinctive point of view. The goal of this project was to bring that clarity forward in her marketing so prospective clients and professional partners could quickly understand who she helps, what makes her approach different, and what it looks like to work with her.

We began with a brand positioning and messaging deep dive focused on clarifying Rita’s audience, offers, core message, and overall marketing direction. I compiled the strategy into a Brand Clarity Roadmap she could use to guide future website content, outreach, and marketing decisions.

The project then expanded into a website update that brought the new positioning to life. This included refining the site structure and page hierarchy, writing new and updated copy, improving the design and layout, strengthening partner-facing messaging to support provider referrals, and optimizing key pages for search.

The result is a more cohesive and credible website that clearly communicates Rita’s integrative approach and makes it easier for aligned clients and professional partners to take the next step.
