Rita Thompson, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), helps older adults navigate aging, transition, health changes, and personal fulfillment through thoughtful, research-backed integrative coaching.
Rita’s work has depth, credibility, and a specific lens. The goal of this project was to bring that clarity forward in her marketing so the right clients and partners could quickly understand who she helps, what makes her approach distinct, and what it looks like to work together.
We began with a three-session Brand Clarity & Content Strategy Series to refine her positioning, clarify her core messaging, and strengthen how she communicates her coaching philosophy and offers.
From there, I translated that strategy into updates to her existing website, refining page structure and hierarchy, rewriting and adding key pages, and implementing targeted design and layout improvements to strengthen readability, flow, calls to action, and the overall client journey.
The result is a cohesive, confident website that clearly communicates Rita’s integrative approach, reflects the credibility of her experience, and makes it easier for aligned clients and partners to take the next step.
