Frequently Asked Questions

1. What kinds of clients do you work with?

I partner with founders, coaches, small businesses, and nonprofits—especially those in health and wellness who are mission-driven and looking to clarify their brand or strengthen their communications. Whether you’re refreshing your website, applying for funding, or evolving your business, I can help bring clarity and alignment to your message.

2. What services do you offer?

I offer brand messaging and content strategy, website copywriting, and grant writing support. Services range from one-time projects (like a brand messaging guide or website audit) to ongoing content development and communications consulting. View my Services page for details and pricing.

3. Do you focus more on strategy or execution?

Both—and that’s where the real value comes in. I help clients clarify their message, voice, and positioning (strategy), and then bring that to life through clear, compelling content (execution).
Whether we’re working on overarching brand messaging, website copy, or grant communications, I’ll guide you from the big-picture thinking all the way through to the finished product—so nothing gets lost in translation.

4. Do you offer website design, or just content?

Yes—I offer both. My core focus is content strategy and messaging, but I also provide simple, strategic website design for clients who want a polished, cohesive online presence without hiring a separate designer. This is a great fit if you're starting from scratch or refreshing an outdated site to match your new brand voice. Website design add-ons start at $2,000—contact me for a custom quote.

5. Do you offer social media management?

Yes—for a small number of clients. My approach to social media is strategy-led and intentional, with a focus on creating aligned, meaningful content that reflects your brand voice and goals.
For select clients, I offer ongoing support that may include content planning, copywriting, account management, and light scheduling—typically on Instagram and LinkedIn.
If you're looking for a thoughtful partner to manage your presence and help you show up consistently (without the overwhelm), get in touch to see if it’s a fit.

6. What’s your process like?

Every project starts with a discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll move into strategy (clarifying goals, audience, and voice), then into content development and review. I offer clear timelines, collaborative check-ins, and flexible packages depending on your needs.

7. Why do you offer grant writing and communications support for health centers and other FQHC-industry organizations?

I lived in that world for over a decade. Before launching Momentum Content Studio, I spent 11+ years in a leadership role at a HRSA-funded National Training and Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP), where I worked closely with federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), Primary Care Associations (PCAs), and Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) across the country.

I understand the language, expectations, and compliance requirements that come with HRSA grants—along with the pressure health center support organizations face to communicate clearly and meet funder goals. It’s a highly specific niche, but it’s one I know inside and out—and I’m proud to continue supporting mission-driven organizations in this space.

8. I’m not sure what I need—can you help me figure that out?

Absolutely. Many of my clients start with a strategy session to get clarity on next steps. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, book a free discovery call—we’ll talk through your goals and outline some options.
