Grant Writing, Reporting & RFP Support

3-Hour Minimum | $150–$225 per hour (based on scope)

I provide strategic grant writing and communications support—helping health centers, PCAs, and NTTAPs interpret funder requirements, craft compelling proposals, and meet application, reporting, and operational site visit obligations with clarity and compliance.

Support areas include:

  • Grant writing for cooperative agreements, progress reports, and other competitive funding applications

  • Proposal development and writing in response to RFPs from federal, state, and philanthropic funders

  • Advisory support, copyediting, and content review for project narratives and work plans

  • Development and implementation guidance for annual project work plans

  • Strategic guidance to ensure alignment with HRSA BPHC requirements

  • Operational site visit (OSV) preparation and coordination, including internal scheduling, presentation support, and document management

  • Content review to ensure compliance with current grant regulations and expectations
