Course Launch Email Funnel

Copper Bottom Design Co. is a boutique day planner design and production studio that helps entrepreneurs and established planner brands bring high-quality products to life.

As part of a new digital course launch, the brand needed an email funnel for new subscribers that could build trust, educate, and guide prospective buyers toward enrollment without sounding pushy or overly salesy.

To support the launch of the brand’s first digital course, I developed and wrote a nine-email nurture sequence delivered over 29 days. The series reflects the brand’s voice and supports an audience that values clarity, structure, and practical guidance.

My scope and deliverables:

  • Developed the launch strategy and mapped the sequence, including timing, progression, and calls to action

  • Wrote the full sequence of nine emails designed to welcome, nurture, educate, and convert

  • Aligned messaging across the funnel, including tone, positioning, and offer framing

  • Created an “email sequence at a glance” outline with themes, purpose, and call-to-action progression

  • Implemented the sequence in Kit, including email layouts, links, tagging, and funnel flow

  • Designed custom visual assets, including graphics and two embedded videos featuring course pages and worksheets

The result is a polished, on-brand email funnel that supports the course launch with clarity and momentum, helping prospective buyers understand what the course is, who it’s for, and what to do next.
